Class Description
This class is for anyone who wants to feel stronger, and move more gracefully not just during class, but in everyday life. We move through the world sitting too much, pushing through stress, and often disconnected from how we really feel in our bodies. This weekly class is a space to build strength, focus, and self-trust — step by step. What to expect: - Simple, flowing movements (inspired by vinyasa yoga) to connect breath and body - Strength work focused on key muscles that support posture — like glutes, core, and shoulders - A practical look at what strength means — physically, mentally, and emotionally - Gentle breathing and focus tools to settle the nervous system when it's most needed This is not about “pushing hard” or performing — it’s about building strength from the inside out, in a way that’s sustainable and kind.
