Class Description

Johanna's class has its roots in Hatha yoga, where you hold each asana (pose) for a short moment before you change position. This helps in creating awareness of both body and breath. Her classes provide an opportunity to strengthen the body while at the same time increase flexibility and mobility. There is also a focus on creating a sense of grounding and calmness in the mind. Through working the body with awareness, the student also develops a mindfulness practice, creating a space for presence and centeredness. Each class is 90 min long and usually finishes off with a short meditation. Everyone who is curious is welcome to join, regardless of experience level.
