
Healing Yoga
Class Description
Healing Yoga is the practice based on Traditional Chinese and Japanese Medicine. With the activation of body postures, you circulate energy to release stagnation. It is a tool to heal the body in physical, emotional, energetic and mental level. I hold space for the holistic movement from the core called ‘the wave’, which is based on how our body is moved and how the nervous system processes movement. Healing Yoga is mindfulness in motion. How we transition into a pose determines the quality of our experience once you are there . The process is the goal. The sessions will support: Energizing the body Improving functions of your inner organs Improving focus and clarity in your mind Improving flexibility and strengthen your muscles and skeletal system After participating in the class you may experience: Greater self-awareness Connection to all your body layers Presence and clarity People of all ages, sizes and backgrounds are welcome.
