Breathe Well ~ You are your breath, just a single thought can change your breathing pattern. This class guides the practitioner into a deep state of concentration, keenly listening to the communication patterns between the body, mind and emotions. Interlinking systems through the intimate channel of the breath. Inhale and Exhale. Learning techniques that give pause, presence and a window of chance to see, and respond. We are working at the level of response and reaction, changing habits and preprogramming that goes on unnoticed. Until now. Once we have dropped into the command centre we then gain healthy control. Time to Upregulate the system ~ Charge with energy, using the vehicle of Breath wave, an upregulated breath tool to be the guide.
