Class Description

Subsidized courses of Yoga For Emotional and Mental Wellbeing are trauma Informed weekly classes providing supportive tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, emotional and mental health which you can use at any moment or situation in your life. In this course we explore and practice tools and techniques from a variety of yogic disciplines (Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin Yoga, Kashmir Shaivism, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra) to increase body awareness, our listening skills, capacity to self-regulate, relax and self-compassion.
